We had this awesome Chicken drumstick pepper roast
made by Vinodh’s sister, Shreevidya recently. She totally aced it!!! PIERNA PERNIL DE POLLO
We loved the chicken pepper
drumsticks fry. So here it is. Even though this recipe is from her mother in
law, Radha akka, to us it is Shreevidya’s recipe. The pepper flavour along with
the roasted masala makes this chicken pepper leg roast lip-smacking… Do try it
at home. I have slightly modified the recipe but mostly its the same. Once
the leg has been cut away, you can cook it as a leg quarter or separate the
drumstick from the thigh by cutting through the joint that connects them. Try
and keep the skin intact along the way so your dish can have the pleasing
crackle of cooked chicken skin to go along with the tender meat. Baked Chicken
Legs are always a good choice for the budget-conscious household. This
delicious recipe produces the most tender juicy meat with crisp skin for the
perfect dinner. Since they’re so easy to make, they’re also great to bake and
pull the meat for Homemade Chicken Spaghetti or Chicken Salad!
