products: from our farm, through transport and using a sophisticated
traceability control system at all times. This, together with the exhaustive
quality controls to which we submit our work, allows us to guarantee the safety
of our products. Chicken is a product of slow aging, never for less than 56 days, and fed with 65% cereals and excluding all
products of animal origin, that is, the feed is 100% vegetable. A unique and
appreciable characteristic in the quality and taste of the final product. Chicken
meat is fibrous, fatty and has an intense flavor that makes it unique for
broths and soups, as well as for making mincemeat and croquettes.
