Colombina de pollo

 

Take your chicken preparations to another level with this mushroom sauce. A mixture of the flavor of cheese with the spicy touch of black pepper. Colombina de pollo  Chicken thighs make up the dark meat portions of the bird. They are naturally juicier than chicken breast, so dark meat retains a soft texture without any problem. They can be fried, sautéed and in rice dishes.  slaughtered birds, when cutting at the level of the proximal end of the femur with the coxal acetabulum and the distal end of the femur with the tibia and fibula; including the surrounding muscle mass and skin. Adding a salt solution, phosphates (stabilizers) which favor its juiciness and texture. Product free of chemical residues, fecal matter, feathers or trauma (bruises, stains, bracelets), without bone residues or cold burns, pale pink in color, firm texture and characteristic smell of fresh chicken. Do not refreeze the product, keep it in adequate sanitary conditions.Maintain conditions of conservation, storage and transport. Refuse the product if the packaging is in poor condition.
