The result is succulent, tender beef, which has the texture and flavour expected from a traditionally matured English Beef. Both boneless and bone-in our beef is Achilles hung, unless otherwise instructed. Each bone in cut contains confirmation of the customer’s unique specification for weight, fat class, confirmation grade, sex and traceability.
